    What is the Freelancer Level System?

    The freelancer level system at Sribu is designed to provide recognition and build trust in freelancers based on their performance. This system makes it easier for clients to find top-performing freelancers that meet their project needs.

    How Does Sribu Define Performance?

    Freelancer performance is evaluated based on:

    1. Total Completed Projects: The number of workspaces successfully completed by the freelancer within the last 1 month.
    2. Average Rating: The average rating received from clients for completed projects.

    These two factors are combined to determine a freelancer’s level every month.

    Levels and Criteria

    ♦ Newcomer:
    Freelancers who have just joined and meet the initial requirements:

    • Completed their profile
    • At least one service approved by the admin
      The Newcomer badge is valid for 1 month after the criteria are met.

    ♦ Specialist, Master, and Grand Master:
    These levels are based on the total completed projects and average rating achieved within the last 1 month:

     

    Specialist: Consistent performance and completion of several projects.

     

    Master: A significant number of completed projects with high ratings.

     

    Grand Master: The pinnacle of performance with an outstanding track record.

     

    ♦ No Level:
    Freelancers who do not meet the criteria for Specialist, Master, or Grand Master.

     

    How Does Level Upgrade and Downgrade Work?

    • Level Upgrade:
      Freelancers can upgrade their level at any time if they meet the criteria based on their performance (completed projects and rating).
    • Grace Period for Downgrade:
      If a freelancer’s performance does not meet the criteria, they are given a 1-month grace period to improve. If they succeed, their level remains the same or improves. If not, their level will be downgraded.

    When Are Levels Updated?

    Levels are updated every month based on the latest performance (total completed projects and average rating) from the previous month.
