    3. SPECIFICALLY for naming/tagline contests, Clients only get 50% money back.
    4. Refund will be deducted:
      a. Posting fee of IDR 250,000 (non-refundable).
      b. Additional features purchased:

      • Confidential – IDR 600,000 (non-refundable).
      • Featured Contest – IDR 100,000 (non-refundable).
      • Extend Contest Duration – IDR 300,000 (non-refundable).

      c. Unique payment code (non-refundable).

    Design Contest Refund Guarantee Case Example

    1. Client purchases bronze logo design contest package:
      https://www.sribu.com/id/launch/logo-design/packages
      a. Contest package price IDR 2,500,000.
      b. The client purchased the “Featured Contest” add-on feature for IDR 100,000.
      c. Posting Fee of 3%.
      d. PPN IDR 101,750.
      e. Unique code IDR 411 (unique code may change).
      f. The total that the Client paid was: IDR 2,500,000 + IDR 75,000 + IDR 100,000 + 101,750 + IDR 411= IDR 2,777,161.
    2. After the contest ended, the Client only got less than 15 (fifteen) designs. Of the submitted designs, none of them were to the Client’s liking.
      a. In this case, the conditions have been met to be able to process a refund.
    3. Refund calculation:
      a. Total bill IDR 2,777,161.
      b. Less the “Private Contest” add-on feature fee of IDR 100,000 (non-refundable).
      c. Less posting fee of IDR 75,000 (non-refundable).
      d. Less IDR 411 unique code (non-refundable).
      e. The total refund that Client can claim is: IDR 2,777,161 – IDR 100,000 – IDR 75,000 – IDR 411 = IDR 2,601,750.

    Package

    Terms of Money Back/Refund Guarantee for Package

    1. Valid for all categories.
    2. 100% Refund can only be done if:
      a. The client has paid for the package but the freelancer who was working on it resigned.
      b. Freelancer did not respond within 3×24 hours.
      c. The client has tried to contact the freelancer through the workspace and/or through the Sribu Care Officer team, with a maximum waiting time of 3 days, without success.
    3. Partial refund can only be done if:
      a. Freelancers are unable to continue their work.
      b. Freelancers do not work according to the agreed time.
      c. Freelancers do not work according to the job description or directions that the Client has listed.
    4. The partial refund value (point 3) will be deducted:
      a. Sribu Fee: 20% Sribu Commission Fee of the project price (non-refundable).
      b. 3% Posting Fee of the project price (non-refundable).
      c. Unique payment code (non-refundable).
      d. Payment processing fee [If payment using CC] (non refundable).
    5. For projects that are halfway through, the refund value will be deducted:
      a. Freelancer Rights (according to the agreement between Client and Freelancer mediated by the Sribu Care Officer team).

    Case 1 – Package

    1. Client starts logo design package project:

      a. Project price IDR 500,000 (this includes 20% commission fee for the package).
      b. Posting fee IDR 15,000 (3% of project price).
      c. VAT IDR 12,650 (11% of commission fee + posting fee).

      e. The total that the client paid was: IDR 500,000 + IDR 15,000 + IDR 12,650 + IDR 093 = IDR 527,743.
    2. The client has paid the invoice.
    3. No Freelancer applied/Freelancer resigned.

      a. Total bill IDR 527,743.
      b. Less posting fee of IDR 15,000 (non-refundable).
      c. Less Commission fee of IDR 100,000 (non-refundable).
      d. Less VAT IDR 12,650.
      e. Less IDR 093 unique code (non-refundable).
      f. The total refund that Client can claim is IDR 527,743 – IDR 15,000 – IDR 100,000 – IDR 12,650 – IDR 093 = IDR 400,000.

    Case 2 – Package with Workspace Already Running

    1. Client starts logo design package project:

      a. Project price IDR 500,000 (this includes 20% commission fee for the package).
      b. Posting fee IDR 15,000 (3% of project price).
      c. VAT IDR 12,650 (11% of commission fee + posting fee).

      e. The total that the client paid was: IDR 500,000 + IDR 15,000 + IDR 12,650 + IDR 093 = IDR 527,743.
    2. The client has paid the invoice.
    3. The Freelancer has submitted the results to the Client, but the Client is not happy with the results provided by the Freelancer.
    4. Clients can request a refund process.
    5. The Sribu team will be the mediator in determining the value of refunds that can be processed and the value that Freelancers can get according to the results of the work submitted.
    6. Client and Freelancer agree that Freelancer is entitled to receive IDR 50,000 for the deliverables that have been submitted.
    7. Refund calculation:
      a. Total bill IDR 527,743.
      b. Less posting fee of IDR 15,000 (non-refundable).
      c. Less public commission fee of IDR 100,000 (non-refundable).
      d. Less VAT IDR 12,650 (non-refundable).

      f. Deducted Freelancer rights IDR 50,000

    Terms of Money Back/Refund Guarantee for Services/Custom Services

    1. Valid for all categories.
    2. 100% Refund can only be done if:
      a. The client has paid for the package but the freelancer who was working on it resigned.
      b. Freelancer did not respond within 3×24 hours.

    Case 2 – Services with Workspace Already Running

    1. Client starts service project.
      a. Project price IDR 500,000 (this includes 10% Commission Fee).
      b. VAT IDR 5,500 (11% of commission fee).
      c. Unique code IDR 093 (unique code may change).
      d. The total that the client paid was: IDR 500,000 + IDR 5,500 + IDR 093 = IDR 505,593.
    2. The client has paid the invoice.
