  2. Average Rating:<\/strong>\u00a0The average rating received from clients for completed projects.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

      How Does Level Upgrade and Downgrade Work?

      • Level Upgrade:<\/strong>
        \nFreelancers can upgrade their level at any time if they meet the criteria based on their performance (completed projects and rating).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • Grace Period for Downgrade:<\/strong>
          \nIf a freelancer\u2019s performance does not meet the criteria, they are given a\u00a01-month grace period<\/strong>\u00a0to improve. If they succeed, their level remains the same or improves. If not, their level will be downgraded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
